Our Return Policy

 James River Batteau Company offers a 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days if the following conditions are met.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

• All returns must be in “New” condition. Tags and stickers must be intact.

• Original shipping cost will not refunded.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.

• James River Batteau Company is not responsible for the damaged returns we receive. We will not replace or refund your order if any package you send is not received.
